True Cost Project focuses on public spending that supports animal agriculture, vivisection, captivity, and other systems that turn captive animals into institutional cost. The site is a static public launch site with no owned analytics, account system, comments, or native form collection.

Primary audience: animal rights advocates, vegans, people who do not want tax dollars funding animal exploitation, donors, volunteers, tipsters, and adjacent supporters.
